Alhamdulillah, it's been 3 months working with my new company. I've gained a lot of knowledge and experience just by being here. I've organised my own GRAND OPENING EVENT for the school and now that the school have been bought over by a company which was actually my old "client" back in my ex-company, everything changed.
I do miss doing theatre-related jobs really. I feel I get to interact more with the children back in the theatre company than in here. It's really funny as I'm working in a school right now (tho in the marketing department) but I don't really get to interact with the children as much.
A lot has changed from the first day to now. I've met some really good people but they too are leaving. My contract supposedly ends this year as I was actually a temp. But I really don't think that I am going to continue. Yes, you will say I gave up easily. But hey you are not me plus you don't feel what I feel. It's horrifying, horrible and I feel as if I gave my 101 percent but they think I'm only giving them a 0.01 percent work quality and workload. Its exhausting and I'm not even trying to please nobody but just trying to do my job wholeheartedly but I end up getting the end of the stick at the end of the day.
Adult life. Working life. Responsibilities. Damn son! It's horrifying!
Not having a job sucks neither does having a job in a bad environment.
I hope I get to my dream one day but first I hope I don't give up....
Wish me luck homies ( I seriously think I need that),
